To keep your wooden furniture looking clean and shiny, you need to do a regular deep cleaning. Here’s how to clean wooden furniture without damaging it more.

For stubborn stains, mix equal parts of baking soda and toothpaste in a bowl. Apply this paste on the stain, scrub it gently till the stain goes away and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Let it dry.

1) General cleaning

Spray some water over a micro-fibre cloth and wipe the wooden surface. Make sure you do this once a week to maintain the shine and clear the dust off.

2) Polishing

Use a furniture polish over the stains. It may not be that effective, but is a must-do.
