1) Baking Soda and Lemon Juice
Add 1 tbsp. of baking soda and 2 tbsp. of lemon juice to a bowl and mix well. Once the paste is ready, apply it directly on the affected areas with a soft-bristled brush. Let it rest for 45 minutes. Scrub the paste with an old toothbrush for 5-10 minutes. This will lift the tough stains. Thoroughly rinse the floor with water and wipe with a damp cloth.
2) Bleach, Water and Detergent
To clean the stained flooring of your entire house, prepare a solution of 1 cup of bleaching floor cleaner and 2 tbsp. of liquid detergent in 1 bucket of warm water. Pour this solution on the floor, spread it and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. Make sure you evenly cover the stains. Wipe off with a damp sponge. Always remember to wear rubber gloves when using bleach.
3) Vinegar and Water
Use a soft-bristled brush to apply a mixture of ½ cup of vinegar and ½ cup of water on the stained flooring, and let it work its magic for 15 minutes. Then, evenly sprinkle baking soda over it. Thoroughly scrub the area with a sponge, and rinse off with water.
