What shall you do if you accidentally spill oil on the stone wall? Don’t panic, accidents can happen anywhere. And we’ve got quick fixes for such accidents. Follow this stepwise guide to clean oil stains from your stone walls.

Cif stain remover can also be used to clean stains off a stone wall.

Step 1:

Collect the oil. Using a sponge, wipe up all the oil that is left. You can also use a bread to do the job.

Step 2:

Vinegar. Dip a sponge in vinegar. Remove all the excess oil by rubbing the sponge on the stained area until the stains are not visible anymore. Dampen a clean sponge and clean the vinegar off the wall. Wipe with a dry cloth.

Step 3:

The final touch. Warm some water, add 1 teaspoon of Vim dishwash liquid and mix it. With a nylon bristle brush, wash the wall to clear all the residue.
