b)Â Newspaper
c)Â Microfibre cloth
Here's a step-by-step guide to deep-clean your toaster.
Step 1: Brush the Insides
Grab a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean the insides of your toaster. Start from the top and work your way to the bottom. Ensure that you brush away all the stuck bread crumbs from the bread slots.
Step 2: Clean the Crumb Tray
Remove the crumb tray from your toaster and empty it in the bin. If there were only dried bread particles, you can put the tray back in the toaster. Move on to Step 3 if the tray has some sticky bread bits.
Step 3: Clean the Tray
Put 2-3 drops of dishwashing liquid in a bowl of warm water. You can try Vim Dishwash Gel for this. It is easily available in the market. Dampen a sponge with this soapy solution and scrub the crumb tray with it. Ensure that you remove all the sticky bits. Next, rinse the tray with plain water. Use a clean, dry towel to dry it before placing it back in the toaster.
Step 4: Turn Your Toaster Upside Down
Take your toaster and turn it upside down. Shake the toaster sideways to remove any crumbs that are stuck in it. Don’t forget to use a newspaper sheet to collect the crumbs. Throw it away in the trash once you are done.
Step 5: Wipe the Exteriors
Use a microfibre cloth to wipe the exteriors of your toaster. This will ensure there are no stains on your appliance.
Return the toaster back to its original place in your kitchen. It’s now ready for use, but make sure the inside of your toaster is completely dry before you operate it.
There you go, your toaster is now as good as new. Enjoy your toast with some fresh, hot coffee or tea!Â
